Try my year-long wellness coaching program! I help my clients develop and articulate their wellness goals, and support them in achieving them. Together, we’ll figure out what you want, how to get you there, and how to do it in a way that makes you feel great.
A Year of Wellness includes:
An initial session to clarify health goals and develop a plan.
A monthly 60-minute phone call to refine your plan and support your progress. Calls may also include scheduling you with other practitioners and presenting new resources (handouts, videos, books, etc).
Up to 4 emails per month to provide additional support and resources (outside of emails agreed upon in session).
A final summary call reflecting on the year and progress made.
The option to continue on a month-to-month or drop-in basis.
I’ll help you plan, execute and make that long-lasting shift.
